PORTLAND, Ore – University of Portland men's basketball announced the signing of Zac Triplett (Maribyrnong College/Melbourne, Australia) to a National Letter of Intent on Wednesday, head coach Terry Porter announced. Triplett will join the Pilots as a freshman for the 2020-21 season.
The 6-foot-5, 165-pound sharp-shooter has been a member of the represented Victoria on state teams at the Under-18 and Under-20 Australian National Championships.
"Zac is a skilled guard that has a passion for the game," Porter said. "He has competed at a high level in Australia and already possesses an elite skill with his ability to shoot the ball from the perimeter.
