SAN BRUNO, Calif. – The West Coast Conference announced the first Ken Pomeroy Conference Adjusted Winning Percentage Rankings on Sunday and the Portland men's basketball team comes in at No. 7. These rankings will determine the 2021-22 WCC men's and women's basketball regular season champions and seeding for the University Credit Union WCC Men's and Women's Basketball Tournament due to a number of games having been declared no-contests.
The model takes into account strength of schedule and road versus home — all within conference play only — but does not factor in the offensive or defensive efficiency ratings included or margin of victory.
