PORTLAND, Ore. --- Portland had four players score in double figures and the Pilots pulled away from San Francisco early before claiming a 69-49 win over the Dons in a West Coast Conference basketball game played in front of a crowd of 1,772 fans on Saturday afternoon at the Chiles Center. Haylee Andrews led the Pilots with 16 points.
The win improves Portland to 16-10 overall, and at 9-6 in the WCC the Pilots have their most conference wins since 2008-09.
Against the Dons (9-17, 2-12 WCC), Portland led from start to finish, and they built a lead as large as 28 points.
