PORTLAND, Ore. --- Portland's Alex Fowler poured in 20 points, Maddie Muhlheim drained five three-pointers and finished with 17 points, and Haylee Andrews just missed a double-double as the Pilots pulled away from the Seattle U Redhawks to win 80-68 on Sunday afternoon at the Chiles Center. Freshman McKelle Meek also just missed scoring in double digits for the first time, finishing with nine points.
The game was close throughout the first three quarters, and the Portland lead was only three points early in the fourth. That's when freshman Tyler McCliment-Call connected on a pull-up jumper, Keeley Frawley converted a pair of free throws, and Andrews found Fowler for a lay-in as the Pilots pushed their edge to nine.
