SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – The Portland Pilots were picked to finish second in the annual WCC Preseason Coaches Poll ahead of the 2024 season. The Pilots also had Laura Pellicoro, Maebh Richarson and Fleur Templier make the All-WCC Preseason Team.
The preseason poll and the WCC preseason team were selected by a vote of the 11 program head coaches in the WCC. Coaches cannot vote for their own team or student-athletes.
Laura Pellicoro, Fleur Templier and Maebh Richardson all earned 2023 All-WCC first-team honors. At the 2023 WCC Cross Country Championships, Pellicoro finished second overall in a time of 20:52.
