Pilots Perform Well at OSU High Performance Meet

CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Portland track and field teams had another successful weekend with numerous PR's and race wins at the OSU High Performance meet hosted at the Whyte Track and Field Center.

Freshman Matt Strangio won the 5,000-meter men's invitational with a time of 13:57.87 for a new personal best. Teammate Bradley Peloquin also set a new PR as he finished second to Strangio, less than a second behind at 13:58.41.

In the men's 10,000-meter run, the Pilots took three of the top four spots with Jona Bodirsky taking top honors with a time of 29:27.
