CORVALLIS, Ore. --- The Portland Pilots men's and women's track and field teams concluded their final day of competition at the OSU High Performance meet at the Whyte Track & Field with convincing showings in the short distance events.
"A number of people continued their strong seasons with excellent performances," said women's head coach Ian Solof. "Kaylie Van Loo had a good series in the javelin, Grace Bley ran a nice pr in the 100, and Madison Leek broke 25 sec in the 200 for the first time."
Senior Corissa Turley and freshman Michal Jones each also made their debut appearances in the triple jump and 100m hurdles, respectively.
