MCMINNVILLE, Ore. -- Following the Pilots women's victory at the Linfield Harrier Classic, the Portland Pilots men's cross country team matched their success by also securing first place with 20 points overall.
Leading the Pilots was Redshirt Freshman Pedro Vazquez, who dominated the Men's 6,000-meter race, finishing first overall with a time of 18:06.7. Freshman Anthony Giesch followed closely, taking second place with a time of 18:08.1, while Isaac McGill secured the top-3 sweep for the Pilots by finishing third at 18:08.9. Jacob Hupke and Nathan Stein contributed to the team's success, finishing sixth with a time of 18:24.
