DEXTER LAKE, Ore. --- The Portland women's rowing team competed at the Covered Bridge Regatta on Saturday morning at Dexter Lake, where the Pilots won two silvers and two bronzes during a busy day of racing. Portland put five boats on the water, with four crews collecting a podium finish.
Portland's second eight began the day by finishing second in their morning heat before winning silver in the final. With Emma Papenhausen as the coxswain and Megan Del Pozzi rowing stroke, the Pilots covered the 2000 meter course in a time of 7:15.310, which was second only to Oregon State.
