PORTLAND, Ore. --- The Portland women's rowing team will compete in their second and final event of the fall this weekend when the Pilots travel to Seattle, Wash., for the 2016 Head of the Lake regatta. The Pilots will four boats race in Seattle, led by the varsity eight at 8:06 a.m.
The varsity eight will compete against crews from Gonzaga, Seattle U, Stanford, Washington, Washington State and Western Washington.
The Pilots will also race a second eight and a third eight while up north, with those two events scheduled for 8:09 a.m. and 8:15 a.m., respectively.
