PORTLAND, Ore. --- Portland's Haylee Andrews grabbed a double-double and Kate Andersen scored 10 points in her final home game as a Pilot, in a hard-fought match against the No. 10 Gonzaga Bulldogs. Going into the fourth quarter up six, Gonzaga would outscore Portland 16-7 in the fourth to take the game 56-42 at the Chiles Center.
The Pilots (18-11, 11-7 WCC), thanks to a buzzer beating three at the end of the clock from Andersen, went into the second quarter tied at 11-11. A back and forth ten minutes ensued, with a lob pass over the top of the Zags D from Alex Fowler to Andrews giving Portland a 24-23 lead.
