PORTLAND, Ore. -- Haylee Andrews and Alex Fowler combined to score 46 total points - 69.7 percent of Portland's points - but the Pilots fell to the No. 20 Gonzaga Bulldogs 73-66 at home Saturday.
Andrews led the Pilots (12-6, 6-1) with 27 points, six rebounds, four assists and two steals. Her 27 was a season-high. Fowler tacked on 19 points, five assists and two steals and McKelle Meek helped out with seven points off the bench.
The Portland offense made hay from beyond the arc, making eight threes on 18 attempts. Andrews hit a career-high four 3-pointers for the Pilots in the contest.
