STOCKTON, Calif.---The Pacific Tigers held off the Portland Pilots 3-0 in a West Coast Conference volleyball match at Alex G. Spanos Center on Saturday afternoon. Pacific prevailed on their home court with set scores of 25-17, 25-18, and 25-16.
Jayde Harris led the visitors with a team-high eight kills, Noelani Helm provided 13 assists, and Alyssa Muraoka came up with 12 digs in the match.
Kills from Jiana Lawson and Charity Bradley kept the Pilots level with Pacific at 4-4 to open the game, but the home side would score four in a row in the next rallies to maintain the first slight edge of the set soon after.
