SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – No. 9 Portland shut out San Francisco 1-0 Saturday on the road at Negoesco Stadium. Gurman Sangha's second half goal was all the Pilots needed to improve to 8-0-3 overall and 2-0-0 in West Coast Conference action. The Dons drop to 6-3-2 and 0-2-0 in league play.
How it Happened
Portland opened the scoring when Sangha scored his third goal of the season in the 65th minute. Sangha raced onto a ball in the box and headed past the Dons goalkeeper for the game-winner.
