CORVALLIS, Ore. – The Portland Pilots (26-18) saw their three-game winning streak snapped by the No. 2 Oregon State Beavers (39-9) with a 4-0 shutout loss. It's just the second time this season the Pilots have been shutout.

The Pilots' pitching staff allowed four runs off six hits, with Ryan Rembisz taking the loss. He went two innings with two hits and two runs allowed, walking five batters. Nick Nygard went the most innings at 4.2, throwing four strikeouts and allowed two runs and four hits. KJ Ruffo also pitched 1.1 innings.

The Pilots struggled offensively, with only three hits and no runs on the evening.
