CORVALLIS, Ore. --- Sophomore Maya Murphy-Cook led the Pilots on the final day of competition at the OSU High Performance meet with a new personal record in the women's 100m, to move up to fourth all-time in the UP record books. Fellow sophomore Maddy Lyons and freshmen Samantha Walsh and Payton Kirtley also recorded new personal bests, with times of 2:13.84 in the 800m, 1:06.89 in the 400m, and 27.60 in the 200m, respectively.
"Maddy Lyons did a great job in the 800m and took a nice chunk off her PR and Maya Murphy-Cook had another strong day with a win in her 100 heat," said women's head coach Ian Solof.
