SACRAMENTO, CA --Noelani Helm notched a triple-double with 10 kills, 13 digs, and 15 assists to power the Portland volleyball team to a 3-0 victory (25-18, 26-24, 25-22) over the Middle Tennessee Lady Raiders Friday at The Nest.
The out-of-conference win improved Portland's overall record to 1-0 on the season.
Helm had an outstanding day, notching a triple-double with 10 kills, 13 digs, and 15 assists to lead the Pilots. Jayde Harris also added 10 kills to help the offense. On the defensive end, Maui Robins chipped in for with 16 digs to go with four blocks from Emma Swett.
