SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – Portland men's basketball had four players earn West Coast Conference All-Academic recognition, the most of any team in the league, the conference office announced on Tuesday. Tyler Robertson and Chika Nduka were named to the 10-player first team, while Jack Perry and Kristian Sjolund were honorable mention.
The four Pilot representatives are the most in program history, while the two first team members matches the most since 2010.
Robertson has a 3.35 grade-point average and is scheduled to graduate this spring as a psychology major. An All-WCC second team selection last season, he has stuffed the stat sheet again this year by averaging 14.
