REDONDO BEACH, Calif. – Senior Anna Farello was named the 2017 Women's West Coast Conference Postgraduate Scholarship recipient by the Executive and Presidents' Councils at the eighth annual WCC Honors Dinner this past weekend. Farello is the ninth Pilot to have captured the award, following Scott Fauble who won the award in 2015.
Farello graduated from UP in May with a 3.98 GPA, majoring in Psychology and Spanish, while also earning a minor in Biology. She was twice voted by her teammates as Most Inspirational and also earned All-WCC honorable mention in her final cross country season. In 2016, she was a member of the WCC championship team that reached the NCAA championship for the first time in program history.
