PORTLAND, Ore. --- Portland Pilots redshirt-senior pitcher Chris Clements landed on the All-West Coast Conference First Team, sophomore shortstop Chad Stevens earned second-team honors, and first baseman Tracye Tammaro landed on the league's all-freshman team, it was announced on Tuesday. This is the first WCC honor for all three players.
Clements, who hails from Pacific Grove, Calif., is also a semifinalist for the national pitcher of the year after going 7-1 with a 1.69 ERA in his only season with the Pilots. He K'd 76 in 85.1 innings, and he held the opposition to a .180 batting average.
