PORTLAND, Ore. – University of Portland men's basketball announced the signing of Cal Poly graduate transfer forward Alimamy Koroma (AL-uh-mom-ee KUH-roe-muh), head coach Shantay Legans announced on Monday. Koroma started 75 games in his four years with the Mustangs and averaged 10.7 points and 4.6 rebounds throughout this career.
"Ali is another impact transfer for our program," Legans said. "He gives us a versatile big that can play inside and step out and make plays. Ali is a tough defender and rebounder who is excited to help our team win games."
"I really connected with Coach Legans and his staff on my visit," Koroma said.
