PORTLAND, Ore. – ESPN Events announced the bracket for the 2024 Myrtle Beach Invitational on Thursday. University of Portland will open the tournament against the University of South Florida on Thursday, Nov. 21 at 11:30 a.m. (PT) on ESPN2. It will be the first meeting between the two schools.
Ohio and Middle Tennessee are the other two teams on Portland's side of the bracket, while Bradley, Princeton, Texas State, and Wright State complete the field.
South Florida won a school-record 25 games and claimed its first conference regular season title in program history last year. The Bulls return three players who started at least 13 games, including Kobe Knox, who started all 33 games, and Jayden Reid, who was named to the AAC All-Freshman Team.
