SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. ---- Portland senior Ellie Boon claimed her second career game-winner and sophomore goalkeeper Rachel Lusby registers her fifth shutout of the year as the Pilots topped the San Francisco Dons 1-0 in a West Coast Conference women's soccer game played on Friday night at Negoesco Stadium. Lusby has five blank sheets in six starts this fall, and the Pilots (9-5-3, 3-3-1 WCC) have seven shutouts overall.
Boon's goal, the first of the season for the left back and the second of her career, came in the fifth minute on a perfectly place corner from Allison Wetherington.
