Alexis Mark Named USBWA Ann Meyers Drysdale National Player of the Week

INDIANAPOLIS -- Adding to her weekly honors, Portland Pilots forward Alexis Mark was named a USBWA Ann Meyers Drysdale National Player of the Week on Tuesday. She is the first Pilot to win a national player of the week honor this season.

This is the second weekly award Mark has won this week, having earlier this week been named the WCC Player of the Week. Mark's award comes after a stellar all-around week that saw her average 16 points, eight rebounds, 4.5 assists, 2.5 steals and 1.5 blocks per contest across two games. Mark ended the week with a 23-point, 11-rebound double-double in a comeback win against the Santa Clara Broncos, with 15 of those points coming in the second half.
