The World Series of Poker reminds all poker players that there's more to poker than just no-limit hold'em. With bracelet events in many different variants, the WSOP always tends to reignite interest in "mixed games" — the term often used to refer to the many variants that turn up in mixed-game formats like H.O.R.S.E., the 8-game mix, the 10-game mix, and others.
Even the PokerNews staff is getting in on the fun, with last night's $4/$8 game at the Monte Carlo involving 11 different variants, including limit double-board Omaha high (pictured above).
