Scott Stewart was the last player standing after beating out Rob Sherwood on the final table and claimed the title in the WPT World Championship at Wynn Las Vegas on Sunday morning.
With the victory, Stewart is nearly $2.6 million richer, claiming the biggest payout from the $23.4 million prize pool.

"No plans for the money, but plans to have some fun and I can't be more excited," he said of the triumph. "I got the best friends in the world… A lot of friends came out.
