The 88-entry field resulted in a massive $649,176 prize pool, and after just under nine hours of play, it was Jared "jstrizza" Strauss who scored the victory to capture a $181,769 top prize and his first gold bracelet.
Strauss, who defeated Jeremy "Chipchecka" Ausmus in heads-up play, is a New York native with just over $40,000 in live tournament earnings according to The Hendon Mob.
