On June 9, Germany's three-time World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet winner Dominik Nitsche announced the signing of a sponsorship contract with 888poker. Less than two months later, he closed the 2015 edition of the WSOP as the biggest winner among the site's team pro.
Although Nitsche did not bring home a new bracelet, over the course of the summer racked up six WSOP cashes, including a third-place finish in the Event #25: $5,000 No-Limit Hold'em 8-Handed for $220,657.
"I am slightly unhappy with my bustout hand, but other than that I think I played really well," Nitsche wrote on Twitter right after the dream of winning a fourth WSOP bracelet ended when his lost against Pierre Milan's found a on the turn.
