Much of the world has ground to a halt due to the coronavirus, and few industries have been hit harder than live poker.
As is well-documented on PokerNews, nearly every tournament in March and April has been canceled or postponed. The live cash landscape isn't much better as casinos across the world have been mandated to close or are closing of their own accord.

Obviously, players can play online. That's a given, and for people across the world in areas where regulated online poker exists, that's obviously a fantastic choice.
