New dot-POKER (.POKER) top level domains are open for public registration, according to an announcement made by Afilias. The domains will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis and aim to provide specific addresses for poker-related websites.

"The poker industry is large and growing, especially the online game," said Roland LaPlante, CMO of Afilias.
