On Friday, Oct. 30, 2015, Brandon Blackwell of Cleveland.com reported that a dealer from the Horseshoe Casino Cleveland had been indicted by a grand jury after cheating accusations.
According to the report, Robert D. Brown was accused of hiding a playing card up his sleeve and the indictment believed Brown to have "knowingly or intentionally cheated while dealing at the casino on Sept. 6."
Authorities became aware of the situation while Brown was dealing a game of poker. Ohio Casino Control Commission agents at the casino were notified of a missing card from the deck and found it on Brown's body, up his sleeve.
