Bubble Bursts as 1,000 Players Lock Up $15,000+ (Photo Gallery)

One ill-timed move at this point of the tournament could mean the difference between going home with $15,000 or absolutely nothing.

This year hand-for-hand began with 1,002 players remaining. Because a thousand players were getting paid this year the bubble was spread out over both the Amazon Room and Brasilia.

As is often the case with big money bubbles in poker tournaments players were told to stay at their tables to speed up the hand-for-hand process but there still a few nervous wanderers who simply couldn’t sit still and risked getting yelled at by a floor manager to scope out some of the other tables.
