Time is approaching April 15, 2011. That's the day that that changed the landscape of online poker, especially in the United States. It was that day that the poker world was rocked when the U.S. Department of Justice cracked down on major online poker operators.

One of the results of Black Friday was the payment debacle involving Full Tilt Poker, then operating on its own. In September 2011, allegations of defrauding players were added by the DOJ to the complaint. The person who served as the face of the scandal was Howard Lederer, and today he's still the man everyone points to.
