The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and the WPT Foundation's "All In" for Kids Poker Tournament recently raised nearly $700,000 that will benefit CHOP.
Thanks to the help of 14-time gold bracelet winner Phil Hellmuth, WPT anchor Lynn Gilmartin, and co-founder Dan Shak, the money raised will lend support to the hospital's Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition, which is one of the largest, most active programs of its kind in the region that provides state-of-the-art care to children.
"Each year, we are proud to partner with the World Poker Tour Foundation on this important and exciting event," said Madeline Bell, president and CEO of The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
