Michigan Football beat Rutgers 52-0 on Saturday in the Big House & Michigan Football Report host James Yoder hands out his grades for Jim Harbaugh, Don Brown, Josh Gattis, Shea Patterson & the rest of the Michigan Wolverines. Michigan got off to a hot start, scoring on the opening drive. Shea Patterson also got his first rushing TD of the year and get an A- for today’s performance. Gattis decided to call the game from the sideline this week and it appeared to make a big impact. The Wolverines’ offense scored on back-to-back drives to start the game and was clicking on all cylinders. Christian Turner led the running backs with 11 carries for 48 yards but overall, the run game wasn’t really a factor. On the defensive side, Michigan held Rutgers to less than 200 yards of total offense and no scores. No surprise, Don Brown earned himself an A grade in the shutout vs. Rutgers. Going into the game, Michigan defense’s only had 5 sacks. Kwity Paye finished with 1.5 sacks, splitting a sack with Josh Uche. Dax Hill also played well with 3 solo tackles and a big hit on a punt return.
