Michigan Football beat Iowa 10-3 on Saturday in the Big House & Michigan Football Report host James Yoder hands out his grades for Jim Harbaugh, Don Brown, Josh Gattis, Shea Patterson & the rest of the Michigan Wolverines. Michigan got off to a hot start, scoring 10 points in the first five minutes but was held scoreless after that point. Gattis called plays from the sideline once again, but Shea Patterson could not get in rhythm & Michigan’s rushing attack was mediocre at best. The Wolverines’ offense could not get anything going after taking an early lead, & thanks to the defense the Michigan Wolverines improved to 4-1 on the season after defeating #14 Iowa in week 6 of the college football season. Michigan’s offensive performance earned Gattis an F grade. On the defensive side, Michigan held Iowa to a field goal. No surprise, Don Brown earned himself an A grade in dominant fashion. Going into the game, Michigan defense’s only had 7 sacks & 2 INT in the 1st 5 games. Michigan recorded 8 sacks & 3 INT vs. Iowa alone. Kwity Paye had himself a day with 2.5 sacks while Jordan Glasgow was all over the field, recording 9 tackles & 2 sacks of his own.
