WR Cobi Hamilton Might Be Steelers “Next Man Up” Come Saturday

Since entering the league in 2013 as a sixth-round draft pick of the Cincinnati Bengals, Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Cobi Hamilton has dressed for just one NFL game. As things stand right now, Hamilton has a good chance of dressing for the Steelers Sunday when they play the Miami Dolphins.

With Steelers wide receivers Sammie Coates (finger), Markus Wheaton (shoulder) and Eli Rogers (toe) all currently nursing various injuries, there’s a good chance the team promotes Hamilton from their practice squad on Saturday.

Hamilton, who signed with the Steelers after training camp got underway this summer, played in all four preseason games this year and registered 8 catches for 84 yards.
