That quote, offered by former Raiders linebacker Matt Millen, summarized the culture that existed within the Raiders organization during their glory years in the 1970s and early '80s.
New England has been caught cheating twice in the past seven years, with the Spygate scandal in 2007 and with Deflategate this past January.
