Pittsburgh Steelers outsides linebacker T.J. Watt registered 13 sacks during the 2018 season and he now has 20 for his young NFL career. Recently, Watt shot an instructional video with Steelers Youth and High School Football Marketing Manager Mike Marchinsky and during it he discussed and demonstrated the finer points of the pass rush.
This video is actually nicely done and it includes Watt showing his signature pass rush move in addition to how he goes about setting up his counters off of it. Watt also explains his preferred method of stripping the football from an opposing quarterback during a pass rush.
