Update your rosters, a couple Steelers have changed their jersey numbers

Since writing for this lovely site, I have often told people in written, and audio, form to not buy any jersey until the regular season begins.

Why?

Because sometimes jersey numbers change.

When players are cut, or released, and their jersey number becomes available, sometimes other teammates would want to swap numbers.

This offseason the Steelers had a lot of jersey number turnover, especially in the secondary. Joe Haden snagged Mike Mitchell’s vacated No. 23. Sean Davis picked up Haden’s vacated No. 21. And Mike Hilton traded in his No.
