The Pittsburgh Steelers lost their preseason opener 14-3 to the Minnesota Vikings Sunday night and they might very well have lost two players to significant knee injuries in the process.
After the game, head coach Mike Tomlin talked about the knee injuries suffered by kicker Shaun Suisham and running back Cameron Stingley.
“Got a couple of significant, or potentially significant injuries,” started Tomlin. “Shaun Suisham’s got a left knee injury, I don’t have anymore information at this time. We’re going to evaluate him and I’ll get it to you obviously as soon as we get it.
