It’s never too early for a mock draft, right? Well, at least ESPN.com seems to think that as their resident draftnik Todd McShay released his first prediction of the first-round of the 2021 NFL Draft on Wednesday. McShay not only has the Pittsburgh Steelers selecting 22nd overall in the first-round of the 2021 NFL Draft, he also has them taking an offensive lineman.
McShay has the Steelers selecting Tennessee offensive lineman Trey Smith and below is his reasoning for mocking him to Pittsburgh at 22nd overall.
Pittsburgh could go in a lot of different directions with this pick, including edge rusher, defensive tackle, linebacker, safety or running back.
