Steelers offensive coordinator Todd Haley was injured in a fall New Year’s Eve after the Steelers beat Cleveland in their regular-season finale.
The team confirmed the injury and stated that Haley would return to the team this week. He was not at their offices on Tuesday.
The Steelers provided no more information on the injury but a source told the Post-Gazette it was a hip injury.
Haley is in his sixth season as the team’s offensive coordinator. He was hired after Bruce Arians was forced out. Six Steelers offensive players made the Pro Bowl this season – Ben Roethlisberger, Le’Veon Bell, Antnonio Brown, Maurkice Pouncey, David DeCastro and Alejandro Villanueva.
