T.J. Watt Notes He ‘Can Feel A Championship Being Built’ With Makeup Of Current Steelers Roster

When playing for a team such as the Steelers, the “standard is the standard” as head coach Mike Tomlin always so eloquently puts it, and basically, that means championship-or-bust on a yearly basis. It’s why the team annually drafts in the mid-to-late twenties and is substantiated by the non-losing record the team has sustained since 2007 when Tomlin took over as head coach.

The final holdover from the team’s last Super Bowl team in 2010, quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, just walked out the door, so now, guys like reigning DPOY T.J. Watt and All-Pro Cam Heyward are looked upon to fill the leadership role for the team.
