T.J. Watt makes history in Steelers’ win over Bengals

Defense was largely non-existent in the Pittsburgh Steelers’ 44-38 win over the Cincinnati Bengals. However, the Steelers made multiple splash plays that helped alter the outcome of the game. Donte Jackson picked off a pass that was deflected by Cam Heyward, Payton Wilson scored a touchdown off a Nick Herbig strip sack, and T.J. Watt bounced back and had two sacks, one of which was a strip sack of his own. And in doing so, Watt has separated himself from almost every other player in NFL history.

With his performance, Watt now stands alone in third place for sacks in a player’s first eight seasons.
