The deadline for NFL players to opt out of the 2020 season has come and gone. And while some players who are in a high-risk category or fit certain criteria when it comes to family members can still opt out at a later time, the period in which it is completely up to the player has now passed.
In all, 66 players from 29 different teams chose to forgo the 2020 season due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The following is a list by team and divisions of all players who will not see the field in 2020.
