According to Howard Balzer, the Pittsburgh Steelers brought in three free agents for tryouts on Wednesday including S Ironhead Gallon, S Deron Washington and DE Praise Martin-Oguike.
Martin-Oguike, 24, wound up signing a three-year, $1.66 million contract with the Dolphins as an undrafted free agent out of Temple back in May of last year. He was set to make base salaries of $465,000 and $555,000 over the first two years of the contract when the Dolphins cut him loose coming out of the preseason.
Unfortunately, Miami elected to not sign him to their practice squad and he wound up sitting out the entire 2017 season.
