The Steelers continued their streak of summer workouts Friday, with the team hosting running back Jaden Shirden for a tryout per NFL insider Aaron Wilson.

Shirden was a star at the FCS level, rushing for 1,722 yards in 2022 and 1,478 yards in 2023 for Monmouth. He scored double-digit touchdowns and recorded well over six yards per carry in those seasons, as well. The 5’9, 195-pound rusher ran a 4.45-second 40-yard dash at the 2024 NFL Combine.
