With training camp just around the corner, the first of likely many summer tryouts have hit the NFL transaction sheet for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Per NFL reporter Aaron Wilson, the Steelers tried out fullback Tory Carter and defensive end Marquiss Spencer on Monday.

Carter went undrafted out of LSU in 2021 before signing with the Tennessee Titans. A gem of a quote from his NFL.com draft profile states that “[Carter] walks around with wild-man energy.
