The Pittsburgh Steelers haven't dealt with many injuries is this young 2015 training camp, but starting CB Cortez Allen was held out of Thursday's workout with a minor injury.
The Pittsburgh Steelers donned the pads for the second consecutive practice, and to say their defensive backfield was sporting the substitutes was an understatement. James Harrison continues his work on the side with Will Allen, and after practice head coach Mike Tomlin stated Mike Mitchell is nursing a "minor injury" which won't have him out of practice for the long-term.
Mitchell also missed practice Wednesday, but new to the sideline was cornerback Cortez Allen.
